Meet our Managing Director

Michalis Efthymiou is a registered architect by the ETEK. He has more than 20 years of experience in architectural design and drafting, attained a BA (Hons) in Architecture (RIBA I) from the University of Plymouth and a Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture (RIBA II) from South Bank University in London. He has also been trained in Interior design and Project Management.

Michalis is a strong believer in ‘design serving function’ and reaching a consensus with clients through honest and meaningful communication. He has vast experience in competitions, housing design, renovations, and retail.  

His creativity can also be seen in his artwork. He has exhibited his work in various exhibitions around Cyprus and London. This creative approach helps him design functional buildings with a design touch that makes them unique.
